New Features ✨

Candidate and reference cross-checking

A highly requested feature that highlights discrepancies between information provided by the candidate and the reference.

New identity verification options 👋

We’re happy to announce that we have added Mobile Pay to our list of identity verification options. Administrators of your account can enable the option in Company Settings.

Send verification request

It is now possible to request a new identity verification from references who did not verify themselves initially or to verify references during a call to ensure the correct person is being contacted.✅

Create projects strictly from project forms

A new setting that allows users to only create projects based on existing project forms of the account.

Comment field for references who decline 👋

When a reference declines to participate, they are now able to leave a comment. The comment will appear in the activity log in Refapp.

Updated names for project types 👍

For those of you working with multiple project types, you might have seen that some project names have been updated for more clarity. Same functionality, new labels - no fuss!

Improved multitasking

When working across multiple tabs in Refapp, tab names now reflect what you're working on, making multitasking smoother. 👏

Download reports in multiple languages 🤝

You can now choose a different language for the header and communication when downloading or sharing a report.
