How do we add default telephone number prefixes for our respective subaccounts in Refapp?

For companies that work with subaccounts in different countries, you can enter the default choice of telephone number prefixes on each brand.

 

How do I set a default country phone prefix for a subaccount?

To set a default country phone prefix for a subaccount in Refapp, go to Company Settings, open the Subaccounts tab, and enter the prefix (for example, +46 for Sweden) in the Default Country Prefix For Phone field, then click Save.

Steps to configure the default country prefix

As an administrator in Refapp, click on your profile picture at the top right of Refapp. Select Company Settings and then go into the tab Subaccounts. There, fill in the number prefix that will apply to each brand in the text field Default Country Prefix For Phone, for example, +46 for a brand based primarily in Sweden.

To complete the setup:

  1. Click your profile picture at the top right of Refapp.
  2. Select Company Settings.
  3. Go to the Subaccounts tab.
  4. Enter the number prefix for each brand in the Default Country Prefix For Phone field.
  5. Click Save.
