How do I request additional referees from the candidate?

If you want to request more referees from the candidate, because you want more answers or one of the referees is not responding, proceed as follows.

Go to the candidate in Refapp. Press the button Request additional referees.

When you click on the button, you will see a box with some settings you can make. Change the number of referees to how many more you want to request. For example, if you want to request one more referee, change it to 1.

Press Send to send out the request to the candidate.
