How do I edit the interval of automatic reminders to referees?

Refapp automatically sends out reminders to candidates and references if they do not respond in a project. Here you can read more about how to change the time interval for the reminders.

In Refapp, administrators can configure how many hours pass before referees automatically receive reminder emails. This is a Company Setting, meaning it applies to all users within the company.

Go to the Main menu, the hamburger icon in the top right corner of Refapp, and select Company Settings. 

In the General view, click the drop-down menu Hours to wait before sending referees a reminder. 


Select your preferred reminder interval: 24h, 48h, or 72h. Your selection takes effect immediately for all users in your company.
