If you are an administrator/sub-account administrator, you can view all projects in Refapp by clicking the Show all projects toggle on the Refapp homepage, as shown in the image below.
Note: The screenshots in this article were captured in August 2023. The current interface may look slightly different.
When you activate that toggle, all projects in Refapp will be visible in the list.
To make changes to a project — such as adding candidates, requesting answers from a referee, or modifying settings — you must be an active participant in that project.
As an administrator/sub-account administrator, you have the ability to add yourself or other users to a project, whether you are participating in it or not.
- Locate the project in your project list.
- Click the Plus icon next to the project title.
What are public projects and how can I use this feature?
The Public Project feature makes specific projects visible to all users in a sub-account without requiring you to add each user manually. This is especially useful when many users need access — for example, to view the reference report — across multiple projects, as adding them one by one creates significant administrative overhead.
Projects in this category are visible to all users in the sub-account, regardless of the user's permissions. The user is not an active participant in the project and cannot send out any communication to references and candidates or modify any settings.
