A big thank you to all of you who participated in this year’s user survey. We’ve now analyzed your responses, and it’s with both pride (and of course humility toward your suggestions for improvement) that we present this year’s results.

A smoother everyday experience for recruiters

What makes us happiest is seeing how much time you save. The common thread in your responses is clear: Refapp makes a heavy part of the recruitment process smooth, fast, and easy to use.

World-class support: You give our support team 🧡 top ratings. This makes us especially happy, as we know how important fast help is when you’re in the middle of a process.

Functionality that delivers: Our features and the platform’s usability are highlighted as our greatest strengths.

No more “phone chasing”: Many of you emphasize how great it is not having to chase referees by phone, and instead receive structured, digital responses.

What we’re taking with us going forward

Better communication
One of the most important insights is that many of you are asking for features that already exist. This shows that we need to become even better at highlighting everything Refapp can do. We are reviewing how we share news and updates to ensure nothing important is missed. As a first step, you will soon be able to access improvements and updates directly within Refapp, making it easier to stay informed in your daily work.

More support through training and guidance
Some of you are asking for more guidance, and we want to remind you of our Support Center with over 500 articles, videos, and guides. You’ll find answers to most questions there, whenever it suits you.

Performance and flexibility
We continuously work to make Refapp as fast, stable, and smooth as possible. Our ambition is that you can always rely on the platform to perform at its best, regardless of volume or where you are working from.

If you experience the platform as slow, we recommend starting by checking there. In case of disruptions, you can be sure we are actively working to resolve them. If everything looks normal, it may be worth reviewing your own network environment.

Never hesitate to contact support if something isn’t working as expected.

Security and verification

Ensuring the identity of referees and reducing the risk of fraud remains an important focus area for us. We continuously develop our controls and make warnings and deviations even clearer, so that you can more quickly and confidently identify and act on potential risks in your processes.

We also see that this is especially important for those of you working through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). That’s why our tech team is currently developing an updated version of the report sent to your ATS, where all warnings and deviations will be presented in a clearer and more accessible way. The goal is to give you the same level of clarity and control directly within your existing workflow, without having to search for important information.

What happens next?

Your feedback helps us prioritize the right things moving forward. We will continue to improve the platform’s performance, stability, and security, while also strengthening how we support you through training and guidance.

We are also developing how we communicate news and updates in Refapp, making it easier for you to stay informed. Our goal is to guide you through the smart features you’ve asked for – many of which may already be available in the system.
