This article explains how to set up the Refapp integration with Teamtailor. Complete the steps below to connect both platforms and enable reference checking directly from your Teamtailor account.
1. In Teamtailor, go to Company Settings and scroll down the left-hand menu to Marketplace Activations.
2. Click View Settings on the Refapp tile. A box will appear displaying your integration key.
3. Copy the key and send it to Refapp Support. The Refapp team will then activate the integration in your Refapp account. Note: Allow up to one business day for the activation to be completed.
4. Once the integration is activated, go to Settings in Teamtailor and go to the Integrations and API Keys section.
5. Click + New API Key.
6. Select Admin under API Scope and select Read.
7. Once the key is created, copy it. In Refapp, go to Company Settings, click Integrations, then select Configure.
8. Paste the API key and click Save.
