Refapp can help set up email templates for your account based on your preferences. If your organization uses subaccounts, you can also have different email templates for different subaccounts. Once the email templates are active, you’ll be able to choose between them when setting up a project in Refapp.
When you create a new project or edit an existing one, go to the “Communication with Candidates” section. Here, you can select from the email templates via the “Communication Template” menu. The text in the email and SMS will then be updated based on the template you choose.
