Do I need to add prefix and country code to phone numbers?

The company phone number prefix is a default country code (for example, +44 for UK numbers) set by your Refapp administrator in the company settings.

Once set, you only need to enter the line number when sending SMS to candidates and referees. To contact someone outside your default region, enter the full number including the country prefix, area code, and line number.
