Can I pause reminders for one specific referee?

Sometimes you may need to pause reminders for just one referee in a project. Here’s how to do it.

Start by going to the project, and select the candidate to view their referees. Click on the More symbol on the referee whose reminders you wish to pause.

Select Pause reminders and then select for how many days you want the reminders to pause; 7, 14 or 30 days.

The referee will then be marked with a symbol, making it easy to see that reminders are paused. To resume reminders, simply click the More icon again and select Resume reminders.
