How can I automatically share a finished reference report to a selected email address?
You can set up your project settings to automatically send the finished reference report to pre-selected email addresses as soon as it is complete.
Step 1: Feature Activation
This feature must first be enabled for your account. Please contact Refapp support to make this function available for your account.
Step 2: Setting up Automatic Sharing
Once activated, follow the instructions below based on how you use Refapp.
A. Working in Refapp Stand-alone
A new section labeled "Share Report" will appear in your project settings.

Navigate to the project settings for the current project.

In the "Share Report" section, enter the email addresses you wish to receive the final report.

3. In this section, you can add one or several email address(es) that you want to automatically be sent every finished reference report in the project. Note: To add multiple recipients, use the '+ Add recipient'

The automated email sent to these recipients will look identical to a report you share manually through the Refapp interface.
B. Working from a Recruitment System
A new dedicated field will be visible within the Refapp settings area of your integrated recruitment system.

Locate the Refapp integration settings within the job or candidate file.

Enter the email addresses in the designated field.

Note: If you wish to add more than one email address, separate the addresses with a comma (,).

Activate the toggle to automatically share the finished report with the projects phone call handler.
