Working in Refapp Stand alone
Once activated, a new section called "Share Report" will be visible in the project settings.
In this section, you can add one or several email address(es) that you want to automatically be sent every finished reference report in the project. The email looks the same as the email when you share the report yourself through Refapp.
Working from a recruitment system
Once activated, a new field will be visible in the Refapp settings in your recruitment system.
If you wish to add more than one email address, separate the addresses with a comma (,).
Does your company use Phone call handlers? Turn on the toggle to automatically share the finished report with the projects phone call handler.
