Use multiple-choice questions, with multiple answers
Starting with a highly requested update. Finally, we can share with you the ability to add multiple-choice questions to forms in Refapp and allow referees to provide multiple answers to these questions.

Set a reference project on hold from your ATS
When creating reference checking projects from your ATS, you may occasionally want to adjust the questionnaire or the additional text to candidates and referees before sending it out. For an easy way to do this while still using the automatic workflow in Refapp, you can now use the new feature of setting projects on hold.

Smoother workflow between Teamtailor and Refapp
Previously, the person who was responsible for the job in Teamtailor automatically became the sender of the reference request in Refapp. This was not always ideal. Now, the person who initiates the reference check in Teamtailor will also be the sending recruiter in Refapp. We hope this will improve your daily work!
