Summer is just around the corner, and Team Refapp would like to send you a sunny greeting! Our tech team has been working hard to roll out several new features, and we have lots of exciting updates to share with you, whether you've already dusted off the hammock or not! ☀️
New Features✨
Bulk user management
Administrators can now manage users in bulk. Change subaccounts, pause or remove multiple users in just a few clicks — a real time-saver!
Question editor improvements
We’ve made several updates to make the editor even more user-friendly.

You can now navigate and move questions around using your keyboard.

A new 'More' menu on each question provides quick access to actions such as adding tags.

The 'Delete' option has been renamed 'Hide' to clarify that questions only disappear from the editor view, not from ongoing projects.
More relevant notifications
You will now only receive daily email notifications about candidates and referees you have interacted with. These candidates are also clearly marked with a small bell icon in the profile view. 🔔
Smarter reference email validation
To improve reliability, we now verify not only that an email address is correctly formatted, but also that it actually exists before a candidate can submit it. A small tweak that makes a big difference! ✅
Gain more insights into project statistics 📊
We’ve added new columns to the project statistics view to give you better insight into your candidates. See how many candidates were rejected or hired — great for follow-up and analysis!
Verification is now even more visible in reports ⚠️
Verification details are now displayed directly below the relationship fields in the reference report. For added security, a warning is displayed if the referee’s name or email address does not match the verified identity.
