How can I edit an existing form?
If you want to make changes or update anything in your existing Refapp forms, you're able to do that with an extended permission in Refapp.
1. Click on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines, next to your profile in the top right corner, and select Forms from the menu.
2. Click on the question template you wish to edit.
3. You can now modify the questions created in the left panel by deleting them, adjusting their order using drag-and-drop, or editing them via the "Edit" button highlighted.
4. Alternatively, you can add questions from the Frequently Used Questions section in the right panel to the field on the left.
5. You can also search for questions using the search bar in the right panel.
6. Click Create New Question if you want to create a question that is not available in the right panel. By typing @TheCandidate, the tool will automatically insert the candidate's first name when using the form in a project. For example: Does @TheCandidate have a driver's license? You can also click Insert Candidate's Name.
Make sure to choose the grammatically correct form depending on how the question is structured.
7. Select the type of question you want to ask and then add any additional relevant factors for the selected question type. Click Save.
8. You can now choose to Save and overwrite the existing template or select Save as template to save it as a new template.
9. The form will now appear under the My Private tab. If you have an Administrator or Extended permission in Refapp, you can choose to make the template Public, making it available to all users in the company by clicking Make Public.
