1. Click on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines, next to your profile in the top right corner, and select Forms from the menu.
2. Click on the question template you wish to edit.
3. You can now modify the questions created in the left panel by deleting them, adjusting their order using drag-and-drop, or editing them via the "Edit" button highlighted.
4. Alternatively, you can add questions from the Frequently Used Questions section in the right panel to the field on the left.
5. You can also search for questions using the search bar in the right panel.
6. Click Create New Question if you want to create a question that is not available in the right panel. To automatically insert the candidate's name, type @TheCandidate (e.g., 'Does @TheCandidate have a driver's license?') or click Insert Candidate's Name.
Make sure to choose the grammatically correct form depending on how the question is structured.
7. Select the type of question you want to ask and then add any additional relevant factors for the selected question type. Click Save.
8. You can now choose to Save and overwrite the existing template or select Save as template to save it as a new template.
9. The form will now appear under the My Private tab. If you have an Administrator or Extended permission in Refapp, you can choose to make the template Public, making it available to all users in the company by clicking Make Public.
How do I remove a question from the question bank?
Would you like to remove a question from the Frequently Used Questions list in the right-hand panel when editing or creating a template?
Click on the question to open it.
You'll see how many projects the question is currently used in.
Please note that deleting the question here will not remove it from any existing templates where it is already included.
To remove the question from the question bank itself – so it no longer appears in the right-hand panel – scroll to the bottom of the question window and click Delete question. The question will then be removed from the bank, but will still remain in any templates where it was previously added.
