How do I update the company's security contact inside Refapp?
As part of the onboarding process, your company should have submitted the company's security contact to the system. If the contact leaves their job, it's important to update the contact information.
The purpose of having an emergency contact is for Refapp to know who in your organisation we should contact in case we need to send out important information concerning your organisation.
An administrator can find and update the information in the Company settings in Refapp.
Under the Security tab is the Emergency contacts box. Make sure there is at least one way to contact the person but if possible, include both email and phone numbers. Save when you are done.
