Refapp integrates with a growing number of recruitment systems, allowing you to start a reference check on a candidate directly from your recruitment system. All integrations work differently. To see how yours works, visit our integration page.
To use the integration, you need a Refapp account. as soon as you send out a reference check through your recruitment system, you will automatically be added to your organisation's Refapp account and receive an invitation to set up your personal profile.
Some organisations restrict automatic user invitations from a recruitment system. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, check with your system administrator or contact support@refapp.com.
How do I register?
1. Click Activate account in the invitation email. This opens the account setup page.
2. Enter your name and email address (required). We recommend completing the remaining profile fields as well, this creates a more personalised email signature for your messages to candidates and referees.
3. Enter a secure password and click Activate account. Your account is now active and ready to use.
