How does the automatic invitation from a recruitment system work?
Are you working in a recruitment system and have gotten an invitation to Refapp? This article explains why and how you register your account.
Refapp is integrated with over 20 different recruitment systems and when integrated you can start a reference check on a candidate straight from your recruitment system. All integrations works differently, to see how yours works visit our integration page.
To use the integration, the user needs an account in Refapp. If you don't, but send out a reference check to a candidate through your recruitment system, you will automatically be added to your organisation's Refapp account and get an invitation to set up your personal profile.
Some organisations have restrictions about not automatically inviting new users from an recruitment system. If you are unsure how it is for you, check with your system administrator or contact support@refapp.com.
How to register?
Click Activate account in the invitation email. Only your name and email are mandatory fields, but we recommend filling out the rest of the details for a more personal email signature to candidates and referees.
Fill out a secure password and click Activate account. The registration process is now complete.
