How do we use the feature that automatically suspends inactive users in Refapp?

If you have administrator rights in Refapp, you can activate the feature to suspend/pause users who have been inactive for a certain period of time in the Company settings tab. A suspended user will not be able to log in to Refapp, and they will not receive emails from the system.

1. Go to the Company Settings tab and then the User Account Security section.

2. Activate the feature and fill in the number of days you want to apply for automatic suspension.

3. In the user list under the Users tab, (which you will find in the drop-down menu at the top right), you'll now see a new column in the right-hand section entitled Suspended.

4. By clicking on the pause-icon of a user, you can also manually deactivate, (and activate), the user.
