You can send out a verification request to a referee as soon as reference call request has been sent out, either by the recruiter or the referee. You can also choose to send out the request after the phone call, the process of sending out the verification request looks the same regardless.
Start by pressing the three dots (more) on the referee. Here, select Send identity verification request.
You can choose if you want to send an email, SMS or both and also add additional text if you want to add any information to the referee.
The referee will then be asked to verify their identity and once they have completed the verification, their verification status will be updated in Refapp.
