When using a questionnaire based on Refapp Insights, you have the option to adjust the Insights template for a specific project. You can add, modify, or remove any of the introductory or concluding questions in the reference check.

But, you can also make certain adjustments to the behavior block.
To edit questions in a project, click on Edit Questions in the form.
If you want to include additional behaviors during a reference check, you can add a behavior in the Insights behavior block. To do this, click on Edit Questions, navigate to the behavior block, and click on the icon to edit the block.
If you want to include additional behaviours in the reference check, you can add a new set of behaviour questions to the form.
Activate the possibility to edit the behaviours by clicking Change.
Once the change is activated, you can Select additional characteristics to measure in this questionnaire via the drop-down.
If you don't want to include one of the original characteristics in the form, you can remove that characteristics via the toggle.
Please note that you cannot edit the behavior-related questions in Insights, as they are based on research.
