Can I change the questionnaire after I invited a candidate?

Do you need to update the questionnaire that you have selected after you have invited a candidate for a reference check?

Yes, you can edit the questionnaire after sending a reference check request, as long as no referee has submitted their answers yet. Editing the questionnaire before any referee responds does not affect the reference check.

You edit the questionnaire by opening the dropdown menu for Questionnaires and selecting Edit questions.

This opens the form builder, where you can add, edit, or remove questions for your project.

NOTE! If you edit the questionnaire after a referee has already submitted their response, the reference check report may be inconsistent, some answers may no longer match the current questions.
