How do I turn off communications on public holidays?
Did you know that you can turn off communications from Refapp on public holidays? If your organization wants to limit communication on public holidays an Administrator in Refapp can add days when the system won't send out any communication
Start by going to Company Settings and under the Communication column, navigate to "Days when no communication should be sent."
To add a public holiday, click on Add and choose your date.
Here, you can also select whether the holiday is recurring annually,
or only for this year.
To confirm the changes, click OK. You will then see the days you've chosen to add as public holidays. The symbol with the arrows indicates that it is a recurring holiday.
Don't forget to save your changes!
