How do I turn off communications on public holidays?

Did you know that you can turn off communications from Refapp on public holidays? If your organization wants to limit communication on public holidays an Administrator in Refapp can add days when the system won't send out any communication

To set up public holidays, go to Company Settings. Under the Communication section, select Days when no communication should be sent.

To add a public holiday, click Add and select the desired date. 

You can also choose whether the holiday recurs annually or applies to this year only. 

To confirm the date, click OK. The added holidays will appear in your list. A circular arrows icon next to a date indicates it recurs annually.

Remember to save your changes before leaving the page.
