If you want to edit the questions in your questionnaire or add questions just for one specific project it's easy to do that in the settings.
Go to the project you wish to make changes in and click on Settings.
Scroll down to the Forms and click on Edit Question.
You will then enter the form builder, where you can choose to add questions from the right column "Frequently used questions", or delete questions with the "Bin" button.
Don't forget to Save, when you're happy with the content.
